Training The Next Generation

ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï is committed to doing our part to develop the workforce and support careers in construction. We partner with local school districts and universities to increase awareness of the trades and offer hands-on experience through workshops, presentations, co-op programs, etc. In 2022-23, ºÚÁϳԹÏ's workforce development team held 27 events and impacted 12,500 students. In 2023-24, we increased our reach to 37 events and impacted over 19,000 students across three states! We look forward to continuing our efforts to grow the trades!
