With 20 years of construction experience, Brandon Brooks serves as a Superintendent in ºÚÁϳԹÏ's Central Region. He currently oversees operations at four different Chrysler plants in Kokomo, Indiana.ÌýBrandon shared his motivation for working in the construction industry and advice for those considering a career in the field.

"I got into construction right out of high school. The opportunity to work with my hands and the satisfaction of seeing real results from the hard work is what interested me in the trades. I began my journey as a union laborer, and I currently hold the title of Superintendent."
