Bringing the outdoors in — while supporting critical care.
We’re proud to share the completion of the Ventilator Program Addition at the Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities in Mantua.
Serving as construction manager, ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï delivered a 10,000-square-foot addition featuring state-of-the-art equipment and technology to support residents who rely on constant respiratory care.
The new addition includes 14 semi-private rooms and a shared living area that, with its tree sculptures and murals, is designed to bring the outdoors in. It also features art and music therapy spaces, along with administrative offices.
Earlier in construction, we were privileged to celebrate a topping-out ceremony alongside Hattie Larlham officials, marking a milestone in bringing this space to life.
Our work at the Mantua facility continues, with building-wide renovations and refreshes underway across the 129,000-square-foot campus serving 124 residents.
Construction within an active healthcare environment requires careful phasing to avoid disrupting daily operations. ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï is proud to take an approach centered on care for the residents and staff at the Mantua campus.
Special thanks go to Hattie Larlham leaders and our design partner, Payto Architects.
