The new Dayton Regional STEM K-5 Elementary School is really coming to life! ϳԹ is the construction manager at risk for the 58,000-square-foot building, which will give elementary students early exposure to science, technology, engineering, and math. Teams have dried in the building — with exterior metal wall panels in place.
Teams are also:
💡 Installing finishes such as flooring, lighting, cabinetry, wall protection, and paint
🚶♀️ Paving sidewalks and curbs
🌳 Adding landscaping by planting trees and bushes
This STEM school is shaping up to be something special for Dayton-area students! Construction should wrap up later this year.
