Concrete installation has begun at Tipp City Schools’ new PK-8 School, marking a major milestone for the project! After months of planning and site preparation, construction is in full swing.
ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï is serving as the construction manager for the 218,944-square-foot PK-8 school, which will serve nearly 1,800 students.
Teams recently poured 160 yards of foundational concrete in a section of the school that includes the cafeteria kitchen, mechanical room, and locker rooms. The next phase will include a foundational concrete pour in the three-story academic wing.
In addition, teams have completed:
Crews continue to make progress on underground electrical, and plumbing work and are constructing two staircases.
Stay tuned for updates as Tipp City Schools embarks on a transformative facilities construction program. ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï will also manage a comprehensive renovation to Tippecanoe High School, with work taking place during the summers of 2026 and 2027.
